Paleo Cookie Dough Truffles

Who doesn’t love cookie dough? Paleo friendly, with all-natural sweeteners, these are cookie dough truffles you can feel good about eating. RECIPE: http://bit.ly/paleocookiedoughtruffles To toast the paleo flour: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Sprinkle the paleo flour onto a baking sheet in an even layer, and toast in the preheated oven for 4 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and stir the flour around with a fork to aerate it. Then, return the sheet pan to the oven and toast for another 4 minutes. Set aside to cool. Cookie dough truffles will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. It’s important they stay chilled until ready to eat, otherwise the chocolate will soften. You can also keep them in the freezer for frozen cookie dough bites! YUM. RECIPE: http://bit.ly/2BxcGIo If you’re using a nut or seed butter that’s thin, you may need to add more paleo flour so the truffles will roll into balls. Simply add a tablespoon at a time until the dough reaches the desired consistency. http://bit.ly/2TL2frB Bob's Red Mill February 10, 2019 at 03:15PM
