Gluten Free Chocolate Hazelnut Cakes


These simple Gluten Free Chocolate Hazelnut Cakes are easy to make! These eye-catching treats are dipped in a chocolate hazelnut glaze and topped with chopped hazelnuts. So, a good rule of thumb is they should be filled 80% of the way. For a looser glaze, add 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil and whisk until smooth. To roast hazelnuts: Preheat an oven to 350°F. Lay the hazelnuts in a single layer on a baking pan. Place in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned and fragrant.
