Frozen Protein Popsicles


Chai-Na-Na 1.5 cups almond milk (not flavored) 2 bananas 1/4 cup chai protein powder 1 TBSP espresso powder 2 TBSP honey Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Orange Creamsicles Orange zest from 2 oranges Meat of 2 oranges (skin removed) 1 can full fat coconut milk (canned) 1/4 cup Pea protein powder Maple syrup Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. BLACKBERRY VANILLA 1.5 cups fresh Blackberries Lemon zest 1.5 cups Hemp milk 1/4 cup Vanilla protein powder Agave Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
