Students from Manhattan's Food and Finance High School are given the chance to learn from the experts on how to make traditional Neapolitan pizza from scratch and compete against their peers for a all-expenses paid trip to Italy. The winners will tour the country with Colavita and get hands-on instruction on how to make Italian classics such as pasta, cheese and chocolate from local experts.
