Choosing your size | The DivaCup

The DivaCup is available in three sizes, Model 0, Model 1 and Model 2. There is a small difference between the three sizes (Model 0 is 1/8" (~0.3 cm) smaller than Model 1, and Model 1 is 1/8" (~0.3 cm) smaller than Model 2). It is important to use the recommended sizing to prevent leakage. Your cup size is stamped on the inside rim of the cup. Please note: If you find tampons and routine pelvic/vaginal exams to be uncomfortable, it may be best to first consult with your health care provider.
